050 – The Attitude Of Gratitude Cultivating Appreciation 2 -4

Do you know what you want in life? And do you appreciate what you already have?

Most of us live in a world where we are always chasing the ‘next thing’ and want it to come to us easily and quickly. But we fail to see what we already have in our lives and appreciate this – we don’t see how the past challenges and struggles we have had add up to who we are now and what we have learned.

It takes practice to appreciate what you have – especially when, at the time, it may not be what we would have chosen for ourselves or others.

In today’s podcast I will share with you a way to appreciate what is going on in your life by activating the reticular activation system (RAS) so it is easier to count your blessings.
