There are estimated to be around 100,000 biohackers around the world, all using a mix of science and technology to make their body function better and more effectively – all in the interests of living a long and healthy life.

We all want to be more healthy and to have more energy and we know what we need to do to have that: eat better, drink more water, take regular exercise…. But when it comes to it, we don’t feel like doing it and, instead, continue with the same habits we’ve always had.

In a world full of temptation and quick-fix solutions, we have become used to sitting still and eating out of packets and we are completely adjusted to living in a sick society where heart disease, diabetes, and cancer are accepted as the norm.

In this podcast, I explain how biohacking works and show you how to change your internal environment and the impact that can have on your life.
