057 Super charging your health and energy – How to not be an overnight success – 4-4

There is a saying that “it takes ten years to be an overnight success.” Success takes hard work and dedication and to continue to consistently take action towards that end goal.

Right now, many people are consistently taking action which will lead to chronic conditions such as obesity, heart disease, cancer and diabetes. They believe that feeling tired and bloated is normal and we self-medicate with food, alcohol, nicotine or digital entertainment. And we are out of sync with our bodies natural rhythms.

In this podcast, Pete discusses the body’s circadian rhythm and how this governs so many of the functions of our body to give us balance.

We have a choice – to make changes in our life, every day and to consistently take more responsibility for our health.

Thanks for listening and, if you want to connect with a community of people who are all working on their health and energy, I want to invite you to join the Mi365 Kickstart Facebook page.

Love the thought of an exercise snack. And one of my favourite sayings to myself is, “Do I want this or need it”.

Suprachiasmatic nucleus – is a new one for me!
Already in the process of cutting out blue light as the light starts to fade; I am finding I am beginning to have more restful sleep.
And certainly cutting down the hours during which we eat helps one helluva lot.
    I will spread the word!
