18 Nov, 2020080 Interview With Corey Sigvaldason – How To Be A High Performer
Can average people from average circumstances achieve Elite-level Performance?
Today to complete my series on mental resilience I am talking to Corey Sigvaldason of the HOP Performance Institute who set out to find the answer to that very question which led him to explore why everybody doesn’t achieve those levels of performance.
He explains how the HOP Performance Institute was formed to help people achieve their true potential.
Together we explore high performance, how mindset plays a role in helping us tap into our potential and the choices we make about what to focus on can make a huge difference to our mental resilience. Our conversation looks at individual performance and questions to ask yourself to reduce negativity but also about the role organisations can play in turning performance management from a reactive to a proactive process, creating a culture where people can truly perform.
You can find out more about Corey by listening to the HOP Nation Podcast and if you want to discuss anything you heard on this podcast you can email him at firstname.lastname@example.org to explore it further.
