    Apart from knowing Michael Jorden was a basketball player I knew little else.
    What an exceptional character. Strong, determined and very focused. To return to the game as he did was amazing. such fortitude and dedication.
    My biggest takeaway has to be the visualisation – see the future me every day.

    A great podcast really interesting on how there is another life to these sports stars and their drive and ambition to either be the best or get back to being the best I believe with the correct environment and coaching I can get somewhere near there again.
