    A profound and enlightening podcast from two amazingly inspiring people.
    A good reminder to look at your life from the positive viewpoint of your strengths and how you can develop them to lead yourself forward towards creating, extending yourself and becoming the person that really is the true authentic you and not a product of lifelong habits that no longer serve you.
    Meditation certainly gives me the space to find myself and a fabulous way to start the day, and as someone said the other day – there is no such thing as a bad meditation – the alpha state is real and essential to tap into and ground ourselves every day of our lives.
