Happy, beautiful day. It's Pete Cohen. It's the Future Self Podcast. today's podcast is called How to Rise to Riches. I have a special guest I will see you after the theme tune.

It is the future self podcast the speaker we have a special guest in the house with me. Actually in the Bronx, New York. It is Migena era which I'm sure I pronounced incorrectly and I will be turned off immediately. But I met this lady on this social media app. You might have heard of it. It's called club house. And sometimes when you get to hear a little bit of people's stories and you find out how someone became who they are for me, it's like I wanted to find out more because ultimately I believe we are all in the story making business everyone has a story. We love stories. We love films, books, we love to be the hero in our own stories. But you know what, sometimes when you hear about how someone became who they are and who they committed to becoming, these are the sorts of conversations I want to have something in there is an entrepreneur. She's an investor. She's just a wonderful kind of human being good. Is it good morning it is good morning. Good morning to you. How are you?

Pete Cohen  01:39

so first off, thank you for coming on the podcast. You know, when I start talking to people, I love to find out a little bit about their stories. But you know what I want to start with what really intrigued me about you in the conversation that you've had with someone who I've got to know about this rock I know many people are rock on owners that the tenants will look the investor the entrepreneur, he's very outspoken is a brilliant human. I really like Robert a lot from him that kind of 10x thinking around seeing what you want in big clear crystal until you start to know really what you've got to work on. You

see it much bigger than it currently is right now. How did you come across Grant Cardone? That's the first question I wanted to ask you that's not clubhouse by any chance. Well, how did you come into clubhouse? It might be still home we go there. First.

Pete Cohen  02:43

Fascinating Evening. God it's awesome. So I'm gonna stop you for one second because I want this to be like a movie, right? Because it's like, how did that how did that happen? The job that you're in and you're meeting Grant Cardone, because for those of you that don't know your background, your story of coming from Albania. And coming to America is like well, how would someone who came from Albania know that you came with very little?

How did someone go from that to literally going to a grant, writer CARDONE event, and having the responsibility in the work that you were doing? How did that actually happen because of this, this podcast is called you know how to rise to riches. How did this go back and then let's come back and finish that bit off. So you from Albania. Why did you What was it like? Growing up in Albania and why did you leave?
