I do love a good story and every now and then I get a chance to interview people who are so inspiring and have so much that they want to give to the world.

A few weeks ago I appeared on national television talking about the obesity crisis and the need for a rethink of how we tackle this chronic disease.

I was contacted by Lucy Wyndham Reed who was watching the show and was inspired by what I said. She sent me a message on Instagram commending me for what I said.

I was intrigued to find out who this lady is and to my amazement I say that she has had 76 million people views from one of her fitness many workouts on YouTube.

I had to interview her and I’m delighted that she revealed so much about her own personal story in this podcast.
