We live in an ever-changing world. The pace at which everything moves on and moves forward is both exciting and frightening. Standing still is no longer an option because – as you stand still, everything around you is racing forward, leaving you falling behind. Your life is an everlasting process of reinvention.
Change is challenging our concept of normal. We live in a world which is focussed on telling us that we can feel better by external stimulation and the ‘next new thing.’
If mental resilience is your opportunity to bounce back or jump forwards then it is, by definition, as step away from the normal. In this podcast I offer you the opportunity to find a a new normal – one that is right for you and helps you grow and contribute in a fulfilling way, even when doing so means you have to take steps that don’t have immediate appeal.
