Today, I want to honestly share with you the truth about where I am, the reasons behind it, as well as the things I am going to do. It is quite ironic that, as a well-known health and fitness professional, I am now having afflictions with my well-being.

However, I refuse to be defined by the situation I am in. I will rise to the challenge and be who I truly am.

I invite you to come on this journey with me as I face the reality of where I am. I want to live and lead by example, to inspire and help you realise that you too can overcome life’s adversities.

It’s Not Where You Are. It’s Who You Are – Episode 11

Who are you?

At a higher level, answering this question is a dilemma. It is not as simple as saying your name, because the real you are more than the label and circumstances you are in. Searching for your true self involves detaching yourself from the beliefs and ideas that society has imposed on you.

How do you do this in a world that bombards you with insurmountable challenges and keeps you attached to status and material things?

Mindset Mastery – Breaking Free From Self Sabotage

You may not have harmed yourself physically, but did you know that you are destroying yourself by some of the things you do? Quitting, procrastinating, getting distracted, overworrying, doubting yourself, and telling negative narratives are a few of these self-harming acts.

All of us are guilty of self-sabotage. There are times we willfully damage ourselves because we think it is easier and safer for us to stay within our comfort zones rather than to be vulnerable and go against resistance.

Self-sabotage prevents you from realizing your true potential and living the life you deserve. However, you do not have to remain in this state. You are more than where you are or what you think. You always have the choice to consciously reinvent yourself to be better.

The Unleashed Mind Shaping Your Mindset for Success

Is your mind holding you back from being who you were meant to be?

The mind is a powerful channel that can either limit us or bring us immense success and fulfillment by realizing our true potential. It makes our body move in ways that can benefit or impair us.

If we allow others to control our thinking, we will become who others want us to be. Similarly, we can become stagnant when fears, doubts, and frustrations occupy us, however, the power to orchestrate our thoughts is within us.
