After a lifetime of managing anxious thoughts, Katie gives us a candid insight into how motherhood caused a bump in the road, leading to receiving medication and her story back towards positive mental health.

Despite this, Katie explains how she managed to build a successful career in TV production – meeting our host Pete Cohen! – and learn that we are all in control of our thoughts and feelings, with the option of making different choices.
