052- The Attitude Of Gratitude – Momento Mori 4- 4

Can I share a challenging fact with you?

We are all going to die!

We may not like to think about it but no one lives forever. That is what memento mori means – there is an expiration date on all of us and that means there isn’t a moment to lose in the time we have left.

So, while you are alive, the best thing you can do is make sure you take nothing for granted and appreciate everything you have in your life. To savour every moment and count every blessing that comes your way.

When you see yourself at the end of you life what do you want to have achieved? What will you see and feel grateful for? Who do you want to have helped and who will you appreciate for the support they gave you?

What do you want to leave behind?

Thanks for listening and, to help you cultivate an attitude for gratitude, I want to invite you to join the Mi365 Kickstart Facebook page.
