An excuse is an interesting thing. We use them to hold ourselves back and to prevent us from taking action. Why would we do that?
An excuse is an interesting thing. We use them to hold ourselves back and to prevent us from taking action. Why would we do that?
Part of it is coming from that primal part of us which wants us to stay safe and in one place. By not taking action, we are not inviting a risk. This is a habit we learn very early on.

The typical human has around 70,000 thoughts per day (don’t ask me how they worked that out!) – and 95% of them are the same thoughts they had yesterday. And your thoughts shape your actions, so it is really important to look at how we are thinking. Otherwise, we are destined to repeat what we are doing and 2020 will be just like 2019 will be just like 2018 will be…. You get the idea.
